Musunuri Surya Narayana Murthy – Founder President.
Born and brought up in remote agency area of East Godavari Agency – LAGARAYI of Rajavommangi Mandal of Rampachodavaram Revenue Division. Schooling in Lagarayi upto 10th Class, then Intermediate in SRVBSJBMR College of Peddapuram with the support of Allakki vari Satram in Peddapuram (who gives free boarding lodging to Brahmin Boys).
Started early career with Udyogasopanam and ended up Marketing News paper career with Andhra Jyothi.
Then shifted into Service Sector – Assistant Director (Programmes) for National Academy of Construction, Program Officer for GMR Varalakshmi Foundation.
Job satisfaction comes from the service sector. When I took pain to re-habilitate or to empower a semi- literate, destitute women, it has given immense pleasure to serve more.
Apart from working with the organizations, from childhood learning from My guru, my philosopher, my god one and only My lovely father –Musunuri Venkata Mohana Rao and my mother Satya Ratnam. They shown us the beauty of serving others.
After serving the community in KSEZ area, seen the indepth of an individual when they struggle for re-habilitation. Trained and Placed no.of candidates.
After this, started Spoorthy Empowerment and Livelihoods Welfare Society by me and Ms. Palaparthi Jyothirmai, who is again a service minded. Our first candidate from a remote place of east Godavari who has suffered from her Dubai trip – Cheated by an agency. She came to us we fed her, trained her at free of cost and placed with the Indian Red Cross Society.
Started the JourneyIn the process, approached the then Project Officer of ITDA – RCVARAM Shri. D.Ronald Rose garu, IAS, and very much impressed by our concept of placement linked trainings in Home Nursing, sir has given a chance to train.
Never took back, we had pains, we had life threats, we have enjoyed working. Fruits have come, Ist batch trained and placed successfully with the Indian Red Cross Society.
When we are organizing a Job Mela, the then District Collector Shri. Muddada Ravi Chandra Garu, IAS impressed the way, and supported us by giving an opportunity to start batches at Samalkot, Amalapuram and Rajahmundry. We did extensive leg work, identified and got appreciation by Shri Ravichandra garu for the way we have given training with lots of discipline.
As all of us know, after such a dedicated officers, we were little struck with support. Then we initiated Old age Home at Rajahmundry, we are at our peak, we have given good service to the elders who suffered a lot. We have sheltered HCV, HIV patients also.
Shri. M.Jitendra garu, the then Municipal Commissioner, Rajahmundry in-augurated the emergency room.
Training and placements are going on. In the year 2013 started operation in Vizag.
